The Benchmarking Network™ is forming the Six Sigma 2001Benchmarking Study™ a benchmarking study group concentrating on Six Sigma principles.


Purpose

The purpose of the group is to provide an association devoted to the exchange of processes and measures in Six Sigma. The sole focus is the betterment of the member's application of Six Sigma in their respective companies via networking. The format will facilitate a networking agenda and true collaboration, as well as promote the exchange of competencies, and development of ongoing relationships.

Kickoff Meeting March 26-27 - Orlando, FL

FinalMeeting - Oct. 1-2 - New Orleans, LA

Individual topics for discussion at the meetings will be suggested and prioritized by the members.

We will conduct a project definition session at the kickoff meeting to determine and identify the processes and measures the group will use.
Each sponsor will have specific input as to the scope and depth of the study.
